🚚 Shipping – Where the Tide Can (and Can’t) Take It

We pack and ship from Wrangell, Alaska — where mail sometimes travels by boat, plane, weather, and good intentions.

We’ll always move your order as fast as we can, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s.

Where We Ship

Because our salts and herb products are made under Alaska’s Cottage Food rules, we can only ship edible products within the State of Alaska.

If you’re outside Alaska, we love you, we appreciate you, and we invite you to visit — but we legally cannot mail food items across state lines.

Orders with out-of-state addresses that include food will be canceled and refunded.

What CAN Ship Outside Alaska

Non-food merchandise like apparel, gifts, bath salts, body scrubs or other gear can travel beyond Alaska.
If it’s not edible, it can go.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
During tourist season, holidays, or big storms, it might take a little longer. We’re a small crew, not a warehouse empire.

Shipping Methods

We live on an island and only have USPS- Alaska Air Cargo is an option for large or wholesale items.

Once the carrier scans the package, delivery speed is up to them and Alaska logistics.

Shipping Delays

Weather happens. Planes get grounded. Barges get rescheduled.

We are not responsible for carrier delays — but we will help track things down if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it.

🧂 Why Only Alaska?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches under Alaska’s Cottage Food regulations.
These rules allow us to sell locally, but they prohibit interstate shipping.

We know — it’s a bummer.

If laws change someday, we’ll be the first to celebrate.
