At Tide & Timber, we roast in small batches using carefully selected beans and profiles designed to match life in Southeast Alaska: bold mornings, long rainy days, and the kind of cold that demands a second cup.

This isn’t mass-produced coffee.

This is trial, fire, and obsession — one roast at a time.
